General Information
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out the basis on which we, Kyberlife Pte. Ltd. (Company
Registration No. 202039119R), may collect, use and/or disclose personal data in accordance with the
Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore ("PDPA").
This Privacy Policy will apply to all the services provided by us, whether through our website at www.kyberlife.com, but excludes services that have separate privacy
policies and that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy. Further, this Privacy Policy will only apply to
personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of
service providers that we have engaged to collect, use or disclose personal data for our purposes.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Personal Data
1.1. Under the PDPA, "personal data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who
can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which an
organisation has or is likely to have access.
1.2. The types of personal data that we collect depend on the circumstances. Common examples
of personal data that we may collect include an individual's name, nationality, address, email
address, phone number, gender, birth date, online identifier (such as username and IP
address), order history and financial or payment related information.

2. Collection of Personal Data
2.1. By using or subscribing for any of our services, or submitting any personal data to us (e.g. by
registering for an account on the Site, participating in a promotion, contest or survey, or
writing to us), you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2.2. We may use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to improve your user
experience. The Site may also allow third parties to download similar technologies to your
device. Whilst you may be able to reject or disable such technologies by changing your device

2.3. We generally rely on personal data provided by you or your authorised representatives. If you provide us with any personal data relating to a third party, by providing such personal data to us, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of such third party and are authorised by the third party for the relevant purposes.

3.1 We will only collect, use, and disclose your personal data to the extent necessary for the
purposes described below and to the extent allowed under the PDPA.
3.2 In general, we may collect, use and/or disclose your personal data for one or more of the
following purposes:
(a) To verify your identity;
(b) to provide you with the relevant services such as processing, monitoring and fulfilling
your order and to administer, curate, develop, improve, maintain and provide such
services;
(c) to conduct research, statistical analysis and development activities to improve our
services for your benefit;
(d) to provide you with customer and technical support and generally, to manage your
relationship with us;
(e) to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules,
or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental
and/or regulatory authority;
(f) to protect and enforce our contractual and legal rights and obligations; and
(g) any other purposes for which you have provided the personal data.
3.3 We may disclose your personal data:
(a) where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in
connection with our provision of the services requested by you; or
(b) to third parties such as our agents, service providers and related corporations for one or
more of the above purposes.
3.4 The purposes listed above may continue to apply even where your relationship with us has
been terminated or altered in any way, for a reasonable period thereafter.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

not be in the position to provide services to you or to administer any contractual relationship
in place.

5. Retention of Personal Data
5.1. We will retain personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it
was collected, or as required or authorised under the PDPA or other applicable law. In
particular, please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect our right in this
paragraph.
5.2. We will put in place measures such that your personal data in our possession or under our
control is destroyed and/or anonymised as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the
purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the
retention of such personal data; and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any other legal
or business purposes.
6. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
6.1. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is current, complete, and accurate.
Accordingly, if there are changes to your personal data, please update your personal data
through your account settings on the Site or by contacting our Data Protection Officer and
providing the relevant details.
6.2. If you wish to make (a) an access request for access to a copy of the personal data which we
hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal
data, or (b) a correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we
hold about you, please contact our Data Protection Officer and provide the details of your
request.
6.3. Please give us a reasonable period of time of a minimum 7 working days to respond to any
request and effect any change. When you contact us, we may require that you submit certain
forms or provide certain information, including verification of your identity, before we are
able to respond. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may also refuse your request
with or without providing you with any reasons for doing so. Where you have requested for
a copy of your personal data that we hold, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee
to cover the costs of responding to your request. If we decide to do so, we will provide you
with a written estimate of such fee beforehand.

7. Administration and Management of Personal Data
7.1 We will make reasonable security arrangements to guard your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any personal data which you provide us, and we do not assume responsibility for any unauthorised use of your personal data by third parties which are wholly attributable to
factors beyond our control.
7.2 Due to the nature of the services provided by us, your personal data may be transferred out of Singapore. Where your personal data is transferred out of Singapore, we will take measures to ensure that such transfer complies with the PDPA and that your personal data
remains protected by the standards described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Third Party Sites and Services
8.1 Our services may, from time to time, contain links to external sites, services or resources
which are operated by third parties. We have no control over the content and privacy
practices of such sites or resources. You should review the privacy policies of these sites and
resources operated by third parties and in order to understand how your personal data may
be used by those third parties. We do not endorse or otherwise accept any responsibility or
liability for the content of such third-party websites or these third parties' terms and
conditions or policies.
8.2 We rely on a third-party payment provider, and we do not process payments by you. Third-
party payment providers handle and store your personal data without any access to us. We
are independent from our third-party payment provider, and you should review its privacy
policies.

9. Updates to this Privacy Policy
9.1 We reserve the right to amend the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time at our absolute discretion.
9.2 Unless otherwise specified by us, any amendment to this Privacy Policy shall become effective and binding on you as of the time the updated Privacy Policy is posted on the Site. You may determine if any such amendment has taken place by referring to the date on which
this Privacy Policy was last updated, as set out at the start of this Privacy Policy.

9.3 All communications, transactions, and dealings with us shall be subject to the latest version
of this Privacy Policy in force at the time. The latest version of this Privacy Policy will
supersede earlier versions and will apply to personal data provided to us previously.
